Program Description: The Banking and Finance Specialist technical certificate program introduces the concepts and skills necessary to be productive within the banking and financial service industry. The program emphasizes a combination of banking and finance theory and the practical application necessary for successful employment. By adding locally required learning outcomes to the TCSG Banking and Finance courses, Augusta Technical College aligned those courses with Georgia DOE's Financial Services Pathway.
Employment Opportunities: Students who complete this TCc program will be able to find employment in the following fields: Finance Department Assistant, Accounting Assistant, Purchasing Assistant, Commercial Lending Assistant, Financial Operations Support, Consumer Loan Processor I.
