Program Description: The Design and Media Production Specialist TCC prepares students with basic design and media production skills, including those in vector graphics and raster imaging. Additionally, the program provides opportunities to upgrade present knowledge or skills. Graduates will receive a technical certificate of credit.

Job/Career Description: Plan, analyze, and create visual solutions to communications problems. Find the most effective way to get messages across in print and electronic media using color, type, illustration, photography, animation, and various print and layout techniques. Work primarily in motion picture and video industries, advertising, and computer systems design services.
