Program Description: The Certified Customer Service Specialist curriculum provides an academic and technology foundation to produce highly skilled employees for the service industry through the provision of core interpersonal, customer contact, business and communication skills, and fundamental computer skills used in a customer service environment. High school graduation or GED is required for graduation from this program.

Employment Opportunities: The graduates of this program will be prepared for entry-level service industry/customer contact jobs
