ID Badges

All students, faculty, and staff must have a current Augusta Technical College identification visible at all times.

Students will receive an email from noreply@veonics.com prior to the start of each semester. This email will be sent to the student’s Smartweb email address and contains information about obtaining a student ID.  Students will need to click on the link and then follow the instructions to submit a photo for the Student ID. (Please note that photo IDs will be made for new students only. Returning students with an existing ID may get a Semester validation sticker.  Validation stickers may be picked up in the Student Accounts Office and the Campus Store on the Augusta Campus as well as in the Admissions Office at each of the branch campuses).

The procedure to pick up Student IDs will also be emailed to the student email address via Smartweb.

Note: Your photo submission will be rejected if you do not follow the instructions on how to take your picture. 

Students can purchase a replacement ID card for a fee of $5.
