This course builds on the foundational research and writing skills developed in previous courses, providing paralegal  students with advanced techniques and strategies essential for complex legal Work. Students will delve deeper into sophisticated legal research methodologies, utilizing comprehensive legal databases, specialized resources, and emerging technologies to locate and analyze pertinent legal information. Key topics include advanced statutory and case law analysis, legislative history research, and administrative law research. The course also emphasizes the refinement of legal writing skills, focusing on the preparation of detailed legal memoranda, briefs, motions, and other complex legal documents.
